Advan TC3 - Satin Black

I have always liked the Advan TC3 but I was not wild about the original finishes available. For 2013 Advan came out with Satin Black and I decided that it was about time that I tried them out. I'm very impressed with the weight, finish, and quality of the Advans. I highly recommend them. After trying out a few silver and bronze wheels, I have come to the conclusion that my SSII car is meant to have black wheels. Enjoy

Wheels: Advan TC3 - 18 x 9.5 et22, 18 x 10.5 et25

Tires: Hankook RS3 - 275/35/18, 285/35/18

Spacers: Front - 5mm, Rear - None

Rubbing: No rubbing. The 5mm spacer is required in the front for the tires to clear the KW Clubsport helper springs.

Thanks. I think these are my second favorite behind my HRE's.

I hear you. If I keep my M3 I may buy these from you when I head back to California. I like the little differences they have VS the TE.

Sounds good. I will be sure to let you know when I'm ready to sell them. They are very similar to the TE's but do have a different look. Both look racy and aggressive.

Can't comment on the Hankooks yet. I have had two sets and a total of 50 miles combined. I will test them more thoroughly in the future.

RS3's are in a different performance category than the V12's. People like the RS3's for track use and it's a very popular choice around here. V12's not so much...

Awesome setup. Love everything about it. I didn't see/read any mention about weights of the wheels. Can you provide some insight on this. TIA.

Fronts - 20.6 lbs
Rears - 21.7 lbs

There are definitely lighter forged wheels in this size but these are very light for flow formed cast wheels.

Thanks for your help with the recommendation on the hub cleaning / Boeshield T-9. I normally prefer center caps but I'm liking how it looks without. It seems that the T-9 works well!
