A lot of people will probably mistakingly pass you for being Mexican, too - since both Italian and Mexican flags are strikingly similar but most folk in the U.S. are familiar with the Mexican flag.

Yup, I made the mistake of getting a hammer and sickle tattoo in the 80s thinking at that time the USSR would take over the world. Then the wall came down and now I'm sorry I got it.

Just kidding, of course!

I think tattoos are kind of a turn-off as well

WELL if i decide to get the tat, im gonna do it later. I'll wait and see if i REALLY want it. Because honestly, this idea came into my head about 2 days ago. I think i need a lot more time before i actually go and do it. so ill hold off.

Well you obviously DO know what you like. Luckily we live in a time and place where the majority of men are NOT looking for what you define to be a "real woman". i'm not down with most tats, esp. of a country's flag. I can't imagine tattoing a U.S. flag, or outline or any other for that matter. Ethnic pride is one thing, this is just weird.

I agree... how about a cross (if you're devout), or a name of a loved one.. those kinds I can understand, something really personal to one. To me, if you're gonna ink up, it really should be something special or personal to you. While you may love a nation, its just not a "personal" thing... i dunno thats just my thought.

edit: Oh and by the way, when i say loved one, DON'T PUT A BOYFRIENDS NAME ON IT.

my ex had a butterfly lol... when I was hitting it from the back I always tried to avoid looking at that damn butterfly for some reason... everytime that f@cking butterfly there, it's like it was following me, weird feeling I must say... it's sexy if you looking at it from few meters away, but DAMN, looking at that during sex is WEIRD
