SoCal - Auto Talent or West End Alignment

I'm having Auto Talent install an exhaust, rear diffuser and rear spoiler. I also have new wheels, tires and Dinan Stage 1 with camber plates to install. I was going to have the latter installed by West End Alignment as that is their specialty. Many here know about or have been to both shops. Should I have both shops do the work as outlined above or avoid the hassle and just have Auto Talent do all of it?

I'd go to the cheaper route or wherever is more convenient.

Westend is great, but honestly an alignment is an alignment. I don't think he can do anything better than a hunter or some other type of alignment machine. If anything, get the springs installed then go to westend in a week or two for an alignment.

Auto Talent does some of the best work anywhere, hands down.

Thanks for the input. Looks like Auto Talent for full install then off to West End for alignment a week later.

Haven't been to westend in awhile. Do they still have a week or two wait for an appointment?

Auto Talent doesn't even do alignments. They do installs then they send all their customers to West End last I heard.

Ive been to both shops as well. The problem with West End is that it takes mad long to get the car done. Youd have to basically take a day off from work to do that. But he knows what hes doing I guess.

AutoTalent is good too, but costly.

Sam doesn't even do alignments nor does he even have an alignment machine. I've known Sam for years and Autotalent is really first-class Autotalent is great for install, it may be costly, but the piece of mind that its getting done correctly is important. If you run your card hard, you better get it done right. The only downside i've sometimes seen is communication. Its been hard to contact them at times.

Go to WestEnd for the alignment thereafter, although i'll also recommend Tom at lucent who is a few blocks down from Autotalent. He does alot of the alignments for lotus's, is well known on lotustalk.com and various porsche forums, and really knowns how to dial everything to your liking and so the car performs at its best.

For just springs and wheels, it doesn't really make sense to spend more for install though. It's pretty basic stuff.

It's funny though, back in the day I was contemplating between lucent and westend for an alignment. Haven't really been into modding much lately, but lucent doesn't seem as popular on the boards like they once were.

I'm with everyone on this post. Install then do the alignment at West End...you'll want to wait for the car to settle anyways.
