I know this car, I spoke to the owner who is the manager at the dealership. At the time he was telling me how he special ordered it so he can take his kids around but I guess it was just a ruse and he never intended to keep it.

His asking price is in dream land - if it was priced more within market range it would have sold.

I'm at this dealership once in a while. My guy is waiting for delivery of their first white M5 for me to check it out so if anyone wants more info or pics on this Dakar m3 let me know but at the price they are asking it will sit there forever...haha

Dakar Yellow would look great on a e92 couple. But not so good on a sedan.

Dakar yellow does look great on E92, just as nice on an E90.

yellow is nice in a sedan. I'd go for a murdered out skittle green or lamb orange sedan. All about the sleeper sedans that perform or out perform exotics!
Id probably be tempted to do a wagon project too with some big HP

i'm curious, how much did you end up getting it for ? I tried negotiating about a month or so ago and they wouldn't budge from the 78k it was at that time. They claimed it had performance exhaust and was very rare.
