nice looking wheels!!!
one question, can I run 19x8.5 on front 19x10.5 on rear on E92 M3?
I see most people have 19x9.5 on front

You can... but you will destroy the balance of the car - meaning you will understeer a lot.

oh really?? I have no idea about this.
I thought that the OEM 19" are 8.5 on front and 9.5 on rear
I could be wrong...

Yep. Notice that there's only a 1" delta between front and rear? This is so that your tire sizes will maintain the same ratio. So if you upgrade, maintain the same ratio as much as possible to maintain the balance of the car. However, if you're only interested in aesthetics, then it doesn't matter. Run what you think looks good.

Did you use the OEM TPMS sensors from the stock rims, or did you get aftermarket units?

My Time Attacks will be dropped off for powdercoating next week for a color change, and I'm not that partial to red, so the valve stems wouldn't match what I have in mind anyway
