OEM "BMW labelled" Calipers Spotted ...

Hi Guys,

I spotted a convertible M3 on the highway (out of province plates) with "BMW" written on the front calipers. I then looked at mine to find a grey peice of steel

... Anyways, does BMW make bigger brakes for our cars? or different calipers? The caliper I saw looked like aluminum, but I couldn't tell for sure.

Any input is appreciated.

most likely he just painted it on silver and painted/sticked on the ///M

I'm kinda wondering how soon we will see someone try to put the new M5 brakes on an M3.

Something like that, but if I recall it said M3 on them, but I could be wrong. They were on the front though.

Anyways, the pictures above, is that a sticker or and upgrade?

Just painted stockers. Most will agree that it looks terrible.

I was wondering if they bolt on correctly. Wonder what they cost as well. Can't be better than the bbk kits out there.
