Lexus LFA --- or Lexus LOL ???

I have seen this car on alot of Lexus commercials on different channels and was wondering WTF.. It is a good looking car, it caught my eye with its exquisite curves, they are spending some major coin on advertising. Whats the Dealio??

I was actually intrigued by this car and it really turned my head!

SO I went to the Lexus website and was actually saying to myself WOW not a bad ride, I can order it in Pink, Purple, Aqua, or about 30 other colors.. Ohh and Alcantara is an option!! WOO HOO!

I was thinking as many times I saw this car on a commercial on cable TV it would prob run around $100,000 to $120,000..

Then I got to the price and I LOL'd hard.....

Starting at $375,000

STARTING AT $375,000!!!!!!! LMAO

Now I am not hating on Lexus owners here but hear me out on this..

Why would anyone pay $375k for this car when you can get a BRAND NEW Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, etc for less??

I swear Lexus has gone bonkers.. This car is no where near a Lambo, Porsche, Or Ferrari...

Its one thing to try to compete with Mercedes and BMW but I think they are way in over their head trying to go after the exotics..

As for the price... its probably because they arent making alot of these so they
will be super rare

According to some reports even at $375,000 Toyota was still loosing like $200k on every one that they sold.

Probably tough to amortize 10 years of development across 500 cars.
