Oil Change
How often do you change your oil if you regularly track your car? I think in this case, it SHOULDN'T be how many miles in between intervals but how many track days before oil change. I recently had a Rod Bearing failure in my engine which made me question maybe I didn't do enough oil changes which might have contributed to the failure. I track my car at least once a month and an oil change every 5000 miles. Thanks.

5000 miles is definitely good enough for oil change intervals. Track days once a month don't make a difference in my opinion.
