Make sure to go full throttle, turn off your targeting computer and use the FORCE.
That's the only way it can be done. Those FluxCapicitor Guys are just pulling your leg.

Well I haven't gotten a speeding ticket in 13 years and I've never been in an accident. I only drive fast with no one around. I don't race people and I don't drive fast in the city. Why should it matter how fast I drive if there no one around?

OP I think you need to quantify what your meaning is. Are you purposing hitting 130MPH then hitting the start/stop button to power the car off and coast? |

No. Just stopped at the train tracks 1 minute after driving fast. It just seems like the engine would be hotter than normal after driving fast so it would be better for the car to idle vs turning off.

Ok, my next question would be this? Why would you by a car that gets 14 city 19 highway if you are worries about saving gas or money on it?

I'm not too worried about saving gas. But if I am going to be sitting at a light for a while I don't want to waste gas for no reason.

Auto start/stop won't auto-stop if the engine temp is high, so no worries there.
Shutting the engine off at speed can be done if absolutely necessary (mythical stuck throttle?) but a bad idea since the brakes are less effective and the steering heavier. (I have actually had to do that in an 80's Mustang at maybe 60MPH when it broke a belt... I don't recommend it at all.)

No problem going 130 and leaving start stop on.
It has advanced logic built in.
