BMW Seattle - Awesome Service!
Hi Folks - here's a mini review of my recent service experience at BMW Seattle.
I recently took my M3 in to BMW Seattle for my DCT leak (my DCT had a very, very tiny and slow oil leak). My service advisor is Tony Alongi. Not only did they fix the issue really well, I am very, very happy with the cusotmer service provided by Tony and BMW Seattle. They're a five out of five in my book and my favorite BMW dealer by far. I highly recommend them. Previously they did my second service - and for that too, their service was great. Both times I got a nice loaner and lots of smiles from their staff. Thank you Tony - and BMW Seattle! Dealers like you are rare! |

+1.... Go BMW Seattle for service.
Their Sales Department can learn a lot from their service department......

Agreed. Bought my car at Bellevue. I'm getting it serviced at Seattle...

Yep....totally agree. I work on the east side and still drive my M to Seattle BMW. Great, honest service and no BS. They always offer a loaner too. Bellevue BMW Service dept sucks....I literally go out of my way to avoid them.

Love to go for service and talk cars with my service advisor Alex Long. He knows a ton more than I do and has been helpful in selecting modifications for the track. I've bought 5 cars from BMW Seattle and they always treat me with respect.

Yes of course. As soon as I came back to the dealer they told me and showed me what had happened and I go back monday to get it fixed.

Oh forgot the follow up on this. They did the fix and I couldn't tell where the mark on the rim was. Turned out nice and I'm happy with it. I probably would have been more upset if it had been my M3.

+1 on the BMW of Seattle service. I also have nothing but praise for their Internet sales guys who were pleasure to work with. Bellevue sucked in both service (my e46 was serviced there until I ran out of warranty) and sales areas.

They curbed your wheel? Dang.. thats bad... thats really bad. I have a set of CORs on my M3 --- if they curbed one of those wheels I would pop a gasket. I waited 6 weeks and shelled out an arm and a leg for that set of wheels =-).
Does anyone else have any experiences with BMW of Bellevue curbing wheels? I have used them exclusively, but have neither been impressed or disapointed with them. I was in there on Monday, with bad brake light bulbs. They replaced them in 20 minutes and I was on my way... |
