Need Feedback/Guidance/Advice regarding screw in tire.

Vehicle is a 2011 E90

Replaced all 4 tires around 19500, I'm approaching 24000

Patch/plug is out of the question. I'm not planning on going on the track but there are times where the tire gets up to speeds within the range of it's intended rating.

Do I replace just the front left or do both. Tread is the depth for both as pictured. Thanks in advance...

Why is a patch out of the question?

It looks far enough from the sidewall that a patch should be fine. At speeds centrifugal force is keeps the inner patch in place just fine. I've tracked patched tires without issues, and almost everyone I know has done it as well.

Appreciate the feedback. I have an appointment tomorrow morning with discount tire and I'll let you know what they say. They follow RMA standards and the puncture location looked outside acceptable limits.

Just an update. Brought it to Discount Tire and they had absolutely no problem attempting a patch however it appears this screw was a mixed blessing because the inside part of the tire had two extremely large bubbles. Worst I've ever seen.

In the end, I removed both front tires and put my old ones back on, chucked the bubbled tire and I'll save the relatively new one one for when the tread on these gets down to the bar.
