I think the springs are a little soft for me... Even on stiff mode.

I really didn't take note of my spring rate. I will be there Sunday. I'm going to clean the ride tomorrow and post my review and pix.

Lookin' good! In the limited driving I've done so far, I'm pretty pleased with the kit. I'm a bit lower than I want to be (particularly in the rear, by about half an inch) so I will be taking it in next week for some adjustments. The ride is definitely firmer than stock - you can feel the road imperfections more. But body roll is definitely more controlled as is turn-in. There's only so much analysis I can do on the street so the real test will be at the track in a few weeks once I get everything dialed in. I'll take some photos in the next couple of days.

My car rides like crap cause I think it's too low. Taking it thru hard corner and just normal driving it feels very soft and squishy. I feel like I don't have control of the vehicle thru corners. I'm going to raise it up a little more and see if that will help.

That's really interesting... Check your invoice and let us know what springs you got. I think my car is lower than yours but it still rides pretty firm even in comfort mode. I had my corner balancing and alignment done to track specifications - turn in and mid turn sway both feel well controlled and more planted than before. Brake dive has been reduced as well. More testing to come and I will continue to post my impressions after we make some adjustments and re-align.

Here you go:
GC 150.64.77: 6 inches long, 2 1/2 I.D., 440 lbs/inch 0800.250.0550 Yeah, my car does not handle corners very well. I'm doing a little research and it says we can't drop our cars more than 1" in the front due to travel speed and riding on bump stop. whats goin on? Your car doesnt handle corners well? Can you describe? I assume you mean compared to OE -- The ride should be rougher, but the body roll and brake dive should be minimized ... and cornering stability should feel more stable and like you could take the corner faster. Whats goin on? |

Hope to see you at the XXX later this morning. KM3 will be there so maybe we can compare as it appears he has the same front spring.

Fixed my problem. The front was at the lowest setting on the perch. I raised it .5 inch and it made a whole difference. Now the car handles like a beast like it should!
