Yet another AW M3
It's been long overdue, but I wanted to share my journey of my AW M3. This is my very first European car, and boy has it been quite a drastic change from my previous Japanese cars! I picked up this 2010 Alpine White M3 in June, and the mod bug hit me before I even had possession of the car!
The first month I owned it, I did the basics: IND exterior package, Macht Schnell Pulley, Macht Schnell Stage 2 Intake, and GP Thunders for the Angel Eyes. I wish I had a nice camera to capture the moments of the first baby steps of modding. Luckily I learned to bug Anthony @ EAS to take nice photos of my ugly car Soon after that, My JDM roots got to me and I had to slap on a set of Volks. Being a sneakerhead, I wanted wheels that would make a statement, so what better color to go with than TAKATA GREEN?! Here are the first photos after I had my wheels on:

Shortly after the wheels were put on, I quickly realized the 4x4 stance was not going to cut it. I had to do something about that snarly wheel gap, so I went back to the trusted guys at EAS and had them lower my car on B&G springs. While I was there, I saw a car with a Challenge Lip and thought it was a good looking piece, so I followed suit and picked one up as well. With the front having such an aggressive look, I decided to even it out in the rear with a BMW Performance Spoiler. Lastly, I saw a local parting out his car, and noticed his uber rare Euro Mevius (by Project Mu) Big Brake Kit going for sale, so coming from the JDM roots, I had to swoop on them for my M3. With that said, this is how the car currently looks:
I also got a bunch of customization coding done, such as the auto accept on the navigation, DVD in motion, eliminating the annoying door chime, and gas warning light at 1/8 tank instead of 1/4 while I was at EAS. Next up is getting rid of those tail lights by replacing them with nice LCI ones, after I take this beast out to Buttonwillow next month

Like I said you need a full suspension setup. Springs just don't cut it for me. Sits way to high.
Kaiv had this exact setup on white with original TE37s not to long ago. I ran this color too. Loved it. Much better looking in person. Pictures just dont do it justice.

Another sneaker head!
What a great way to start the mod. I didn't know Project MU made BBK for our car. |

They do. You can get the standard silver or special order the green you see on the Japanese cars. Endless BBK comes race silver or special order blue. Either kit is pretty sweet. I ran the Endless Race kit and street kits on my older cars.
