The incident occurred Wednesday at the Tafalla arena in the northern region of Navarra during a spectacle in which mostly young people try to get a bull to charge at them so they can dodge it with slick movements of their bodies. Unlike standard bullfights, the bulls are not killed in these events.

On Wednesday, the bull had already attempted to jump into the stands twice. After damaging a horn, he was about to be returned to the corral and replaced with another beast when he tried a third time and succeeded.

good. fuck bullfighting. im not a green peace hippie by any means but this shit is animal cruelty and if you go to shit like this you're no better than Michael Vick or anyone else. i dont even feel bad for these people.

actually this wasn't a regular bullfight. It was a special kind of event where only young "toreadors" step in the ring and fire the bull up by taunting it. They do not carry weapons or flags. After that they have to try and evade the bull by for example jumping over it for show

I do agree about normal bullfighting though
