I took the tips off and I measured it and it is a e92 unit. The tips are pushed all the way in in the pictures. It is also confirmed by EAS that it is a e92 slip on.

This is a E92 Fitment Slip on.. The difference is when you take the tips off the length of the piping coming out from the exhaust.
