AC Keeps Coming On

Hey all, fairly new car, 14k miles. Most mornings on my commute to work I like to leave the windows down and AC off. But the past week or so, it'll randomly come back on the lowest setting. Doesn't seem to be tied to hitting a bump or anything if it was a short/lost connection.

Anyway, anyone heard of this or seen it? I'll mention it on my next service but I'm sure they won't be able to replicate it or whatever.

Check your auto climate settings. You may have set it to come on at a specified time.

I don't think that's possible with no iDrive.

can you be more specific?
do you turn the whole climate control OFF, or just turn the AC off?
this happens on your way to work after you rolled the windows down and "turned the ac off", or the next day it is on after it was turned off?

Yes I turn the entire climate control off and then randomly it will come back on without pushing any buttons. I'll turn it off again and in a few minutes it will be back on. This happens several times on my 20 minute drive.
