He mentioned "billable" day. I'm in similar situation. I lose money (or, potential income) when I have to drive around for car stuff and, hence, can't do billable hours work.

Oh, and when simple job gets messed up and the shop causally goes "oh, just bring it back and we'll fix it," I'm going Fawkin' lose more money for sh*t that should've been done correctly the first time?!

Hey guys, I have pretty flexible hours, if you guys are at a distance I am happy to do later in the night so you can commute freely without traffic both ways. I work off appointments that best match your needs. You guys can always text me at 310-560-0808, but please do not text after 10pm or before 7am.

^Alex: You helped me code my '11 out at Willow Springs, I was just hoping to meet up again, but no worries. Thank you for the response and your willingness to extend your hours, that is sure to help make it easier for most...

@OC3: Sounds like you may also be "CEO".
...and judging by the quote in your message, it looks like someone's getting frustrated-Love this "Ignore" feature!

Just got 240E jspec, GTS DCT, Euro MDM, and coding from Alex last night. Had old software on a 2010 M3. After flooring it in M mode, my reaction, "Wow, what the hell?!"

Everyone else's reviews were spot on. DCT is now better for stop and go as well as balls to the wall. Car feels tighter, smoother and more "free".

If you have old software and just want to open up the car without going beyond OEM, this is a no brainier.

Alex is a pro. We met in the evening to avoid traffic and were done in under an hour. Thanks Alex!

Alex@alpine helped me flash my OEM CSL SMG Gearbox SW. Thousands of miles away and his customer service is amazing.

Cold start is tuned out, not coded out, I highly suggest NOT removing cold start unless you are catless, cold start is to warm up the cats mostly. If you like cold start delete PM me for details.

Not a problem, I think on the X6 it is required you upgrade the FRM module also.

Alex, I have contacted you by text as well as email but haven't heard back. One last try here. Please let me know if you have time available to recode the door unlock option. If not, please advise so I can mail the cable and get the deposit back.

Thanks.

Ricky.
