painting wheels, Jacking up the E93
I'm going to plastidip and gloss my wheels to see how the color would look before i consider buying a new set. What is the best way to jack up this car? I have two jack stands and one jack. I was thinking about jacking up the passengers front wheel, and putting a stand under it, and then the passengers rear wheel. I dont like only lifting one wheel for a long period of time, I dont like how the body of the car twists.
This jack wont reach the central jack point. Maybe I could put it on my RaceRamps and fit the jack under there on the central point? Only problem is I dont know where the central point is on this car. |

You can jack under the diff in the rear or the central spot in the front.

Do not jack just one side of the car. That's a bad idea. Do the front or the rear (or both).
I think there are 6 jack point on the car. Two near the right rocker panel and two near the left rocker panel (it's a small rectangular plastic box). As mentioned above, the rear jack point is the differential and the front jack point is somewhere under the engine. http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=296726
