Damn midnight snacks? I used to eat those chicken breasts that you get from Costco when I stayed up late. Midnight snacks are not good man. I gained so much weight from that and it was a bitch to work off.

...chips, i swear just everything...string cheese/american cheese slices haha!

sometimes peanut butter sandwiches, cereal, choc covered raisins. once i ate some pasta, they were like the random colorful kind (?) good stuff. cashews, peanuts, pistachios, tostitos and salsa

any affect on health? who knows, who cares

Belive it or not it's delicious, do a youtube search on how to make it. Me and my buddies made it(not that were Elvis fans or anything) but we had it like he did, with Champagne lol, just cheap Asti Spumante, but it was really good. Give it a try

, I am in very good shape. I go to the gym every day, BTW not saying you should have one of these evertime you get the munchies, or you will likeley end up with clogged ateries or look like Elvis and have clogged arteries
