Wheel Painting in DC/NoVa/MD

Anyone have a recommendation for a wheel painting/finishing shop in the extended DC Metro area (I'm located in Bethesda)? Would like to get a set of ZCPs refinished to bronze or gunmetal. Also, should I paint or powder coat? Opinions?

Try Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists in Baltimore. http://www.awrswheelrepair.com/baltimore/

They do both painting and powder coating. They charge the exact same price for both. And, they offer a lifetime warranty on the finish.

I recently had my ZCPs powder coated in a satin black when it was time for new tires. It was the perfect time too because powder coating requires them to dip the wheel to chemically remove the old finish (down to the raw alloy surface). The new finish is then baked on. I chose powder coating because it's more durable than paint. The end results were fantastic!

They also mounted and road-force balanced my new Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

If you don't mind waiting for quality work, Ye Olde Wheel shop in Elkridge would be my choice

Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists in Laytonsville is top notch. Joe is the owner. I had my 359's done in Porsche Platinum Satin and they are flawless. Very reasonable pricing as well.

He is a meticulous dude and owns several cars, including a 360 challenge Stradale which is frequently on site.
