Brembo GTR Clearance

I know I own your little brother and not a M3, but I am looking upgrading my brakes to the GTR. I am not getting much response from the 1M forum but hopefully someone here would be able to help.

I have a set of BBS RI-D on order so just want to make sure I have enough clearance for the brakes. I have the schema, but how do you go about measuring the clearance from the wheels?
