For anyone who rips on GTR owners and Nissan about its quality of service, BMW can't be much better given the duration and severity of this issue. I am truly embarrassed for BMW.....

I had mine serviced 2 weeks ago and the SA had no clue on the NO DCT Fluid Change. I made sure that he wrote it down in the Job Order Form that customer didn'twant the DCT Fluid change. I even brought the BMWNA service bulletin about this issue to show them. I also just received a call from BMWNA for service survey that was done. So of course I mentioned and reiterated to the surveyor about my displeasure on this issue.
