I heard of a BMW 3500 cash back (trunk money) incentive on '09 //M3s (in lieu of the 0.9% financing). So if you are opting out of the financing the dealer still comes out $1000 ahead.

Do this .. ask if they can add in the 0.9% financing as well and see what happens. If they agree jump on the deal.

Man that is an amazing deal especially with the mileage!

I say GO FOR IT. The good news is that your e90 M3 is already an LCI so you don't have to worry about your M3 looking outdated for the next few years.

Also, if I am correct, there are just two main differences from the 2009 and 2010 models.
They are: automatic high beam assist and voice commands for your idrive.

kgz's suspicions were right. Spoke to the dealer and asked for .9% financing. Told that he can't do both. Bummer. Need to check on lenders.

even with the trunk money, i still think it's a very good deal. auto rates are very competitive right now, my local cu is offering 2.9%, so look around. if you can swing the money and the color/options are acceptable, i say buy it and don't look back

.. as others have said check around for financing then do a numbers comparison (i.e. interest rate savings vs. trunk money) and decide.

Now if you are going for the trunk money .. I think you can get the overall price down a bit more. So subtract $3500 from the car's INVOICE price (i.e. base INVOICE + options INVOICE). This number is the dealer's INVOICE .. ! Add around $300-$500 (dealer profit) and the GGT ($1500) and you should be good to go.

Sounds like a pretty good deal........But doesn't hurt to push for more discount.

Sounds like a pretty good deal. Make sure to go over the car pretty carefully since its been on the dealer lot for at least 10 months. Shop around for financing before you commit.
