I thought this was a repost but nope. Was so reminiscent of another thread:

You have everything in writing plus pics, etc. File a claim with Chase and they will instantly put the money back on your account. You'll then have to answer a few questions in an email form and sign electronically. They'll pursue the seller if they side with you and leave the money in your account. Good luck either way. He's a frequent poster on "NTBC" Facebook Group. He got called out there the last time this happened but looks like there's still some issues. |

sorry your going through this - this TJ Obeid sounds like a really sketchy piece of work.
hopefully your situation will stir others away from him and spare them the trouble. |

After speaking with all the Facebook BMW groups, I tried to work with TJ on getting a working set of headlights. He agreed to send me a functioning set and once again lied, nearly two weeks have passed since this last agreement and over 2.5 months total since I had functioning headlights.
