Should I get one...? (08' M3)

Found someone selling their Alpine white 08' M3 with the sat nav, 6spd, black int., after market maya wheels (have not discussed if the factory ones come with), no mods other than the wheels. Has 9,500 km's so I guess thats around 6000 something mi. give or take. They need to get rid of it due to divorce and it's being sold for $9,990. Hopefully I don't spawn a mad search for this car and let someone else snatch it up before i decide. It would be my daily driver and only car. Always wanted an M3 (forever) and this seems like an amazing thing to happin but also sounds to good to be true. Seems like the story is legit. What questions should I be asking about the car to help make an informed decision? I will be going back to school this fall or early 2010 so should I be worried about maintenance costs? If so, will they be reasonable costs or brutally high? Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Thanks again. Also I have the VIN so could I get a good history on the car if I do a car fax report?

No. I was sent pictures of the car. I know, the price is wild. If its a legit story it would be nice to jump on this.

Scam man, let me guess, they have somewhere for you to send the money safely or they're going to set up an agreement with ebay.

Completely impossible, or very nearly so. We have this scam running rampant on some online car sites too, with what looks like smoking deals, although not quite this crazy. Even in scammer school you'd think they'd advise not making it so obvious.

The pictures are easy. Try finding an address, or arrange for an on-site inspection by you, a friend or an agent.

Let me guess, the owner is in Nigeria... and if you just give him your bank information he will wire you the money to tranfer to his uncle because he works with the Albanian goverment where M3s are so abundant it is illegal to sell them for more than $10000 and his wife who works for the Spetsnaz special forces is trying to track him and his M3 down because they went though a nasty divorce and if the M3 is not exported out of the country immediately she will find him and claim the M3 as state poperty then dismantle it, and send the materials to Iran to make more centerfuges for their peaceful nuclear energy program.

Total scam. Do not believe that shit. Especially if they say they are deployed in Iraq or on an oilrig somewhere in the Mediterranean.
