Setting mine up now, interesting that it looks 100% exactly the same as the 4, doesn't even say 4S or anything on it, just iPhone on the back. Feels a tiny bit heavier too.

It's heavier than my 3G, which I found surprising. Not much thinner either. It looks great, however

Mine got delivered at 10:20 this morning. I knew the time because I was already 5 minutes late for class. I signed for the package and ran out the door. Now I have class until 5. What a tease.

yea they even did on day 1 of 2G iphone. i was one of the idiots who waited in line for the first iphone and got a mighty surprise when people were still getting them well into the evening.

Mine left the AT&T store active. He only didn't transfer my contacts because I didn't have the old phone with me. But a simple process for them.
The guy even left his counter to open the door for me.
Couldn't have been better.
