In my opinion, carbon fiber should be used sparingly and ultimately, it should be purposeful. Using it for decoration devalues its appeal. That's just my opinion. We all have different taste, I guess.

If added after production it rarely serves a purpose. I have full CF door panels, and I guess they serve a purpose because they drop 5lbs a door, and they look fantastic! Any trim added in CF will not save any weight, but I want my car to feel more sporty than touring. Also, because my doors are CF, I need to swap out the leather. I could put aluminum or painted trim, but for me the focus is the carbon weave, and I feel anything else will detract from that. The good thing with trim is it is on the cheaper side of modifications and it is easily interchangeable. Maybe I will get LSB trim as well to change it up every few weeks. That's the beauty of plug and play trim.

I just received the CF 8 piece oem performance trim from Tischer and it's fantastic. Along with a front cf console and ashtray cover from Evan at Flux Autosport to finish it all off
It's a terrific match. If the fitment is as good as appearances, I'll be an even happier camper. I'm doing the install next week, but I'll post some pix of all 10 pieces in the next day or two under a new thread

Funny how once someone comes in and says they don't like it, people get a stick in their arse to defend their mods and get all bent out of shape over it. And to the OP, take a chill pill... Sheesh...

I did, it wasn't "discussed," it was just ignored.
He comes in here, says he doesn't like it, you throw a bitch fit, albeit more subtle than the OP, he explains it's his opinion, and you say you don't care what people think about your car. Why post things here if you don't care what people think?

I like the carbon photo shared but maybe take out a bit here and there cuz it's a little overwhelming but either way it still looks sporty and sharp to me
