Secondary Cat Delete

Anyone have this done and pass VA emissions? Thinking about doing it, but if it will fail me it's a no go.

I had a secondary cat delete and passed without any issues (took it to some random gas station, not a dealer). May I ask why you're thinking about taking out the second cats? It didn't really do much to the sound when I took mine out.

Thanks for the info, I may reconsider as I'm reading it hasn't done much for some people, while others claim a deeper sound and small HP gains. I may just do the exhaust mod and call it a day.

I took my secondary cats out paired with the dinan exhaust and it sounds better. Idk about gains though because I took them out since I was already modding the exhaust
