Oh will you stop! Gene, they hold up fine too, the same as any other grill. The matte ones I had on for 3 years were fine too, it was my hood and bumper that took all the rock chips (stay far back from trucks) lol..
The gloss ones with matte centers I have on the 550 now look awesome and I would assume they hold up just as well.. Stop worrying and just click and pay.. lol..

The quality and the finish are not different than the OEM chrome ones.... They are doing just fine.

I don't have the latest chrome black BMW is selling but the 1 generation glossy black and it's fading. I'm thinking of upgrading it to the chrome black.

I have the M3 Edition Grills, Gills, and exhaust tips. They look fantastic and are holding up fine. No difference between them and the chrome as far as durability.

true, but my point is silly that if the cheap matte ones i had for years held up fine. Then the OEM ones I would like to assume would hold up just the same, if not better. Just buy e, you've bought everything else..lol..
