Kreissieg F1 Valvetronic Exhaust System

Looks like I will be the first one to take the plunge and give this exhaust a go. I just ordered this exhaust, SS tip, from GTM. So far, these guys have been real easy to deal with, very prompt with their actions and very cordial and attentive.

I have included the link below which is the main discussion thread for this exhaust. In that thread you can find all the videos for this exhaust as well.
Kreissieg Discussion Thread

I am told the told the exhaust is pretty much the same weight as OEM, much like the Eisenmann exhausts. However, the identical weight includes all the aspects of the valvetronic system this exhaust encompasses.

Each exhaust is hand-built and custom tailored to the customer's preferences. You can order three different tips, Titanium/SS/Billet. The exhaust sound volume can be ordered from among 5 stages.
In a standard combination, The silent mode is level 2. The F-1 mode is level 5.

Level 1. It is equal to stock.
Level 2. Quiet sports muffler
Level 3. Sports muffler
Level 4. Sports muffler of Hi pitch loud sound
Level 5. The Super Hi pitch sound.

I am told Level 2 sounds like an Eisenmann Sport to give some people reference. Basically you are getting an Eisenmann Sport exhaust and an F1 exhaust in this setup, if you choose those levels. L2/L5 is the combo I ordered.
This exhaust comes with connecting pipes included in the price as well.

Yeah, I will be taking plenty of install pics and vids.
That vid shown includes the x-pipe as well. I won't be getting the x-pipe now.

The links I provided in the first post answer both of those questions.
Price depends on what kind of tip you want.

Oops. My bad

I'm thinking of the x-pipe but wants to see if I can still keep the factory front cats.

Yes, I am pretty sure the x-pipe only deletes the secondary cats, not the front. You should be good to go.

Definitely seem like THE exhaust for the M3. Adjutability fit with the rest of the car perfectly. Excited to hear some clips and see pics.

I'm curious to see some pics of how you control the valves.

so you have to keep those two remotes somewhere in the car and then use both of them at once to open valves?

Umm, no. They are remotes, which by nature means you can use them remotely, i.e not inside the car.

You received two remotes when you bought your M3. Did you think then you would have to use both remotes at the same time to unlock your doors?

Sorry for the sarcasm, I just figured the picture was pretty self-explanatory.

Remotes are redundant and take the place of having a switch located somewhere inside the car and having to use a vacuum pump and run lines for it. The valves may be opened and closed while away from the car.

Wasn't sure how the remotes worked. If you needed one for each muffler or they both operated off the same one. Obviously you can use it from outside the car (not sure why you would but whatever).

Was just asking for more clarification as I've never seen this exhaust in person.
