Rough starting sequence

Hi guys,

I have noticed my car in the last month or so, has has some intermittent strange behaviour when starting up in the morning.

At least 3 times, when i crank it, it takes about 6-7 cranks at an extremely low RPM and then almost sputters to life.

Anyone else had this occur?

It almost sounds like you might have low fuel pressure? Is there any codes that appear at all? Have you scan the OBDII for codes?

Nope I don't have a scanner. I will check the console for codes tonight but last I looked it was clear.

Of course these are pretty common symptoms, but I also had the rough start up ... although mine trended into sudden loss of RPMs during idle at start-up and some occasional missing throttle from stop.

Brought it in yesterday and the SA said there were a shit ton of codes and they'd have to clear them and re-test.
