BMW DYNO DAY & BBQ Event
BMW Dyno Day & BBQ Event
AKA, gear head get-together, bench racing session with proof or just all around good time with car show and food. At the Carb Connection Saturday June 9th Begins at 10:00 am 13611 NE 126th Place ST 240 Kirkland, WA 98034 www.carbconn.com It’s time for our 8th annual Rubber Meets the Rollers event. Come out and give your Bimmer a good flogging and let’s see what kinda horsepower it really makes and just having a great time. This has been a great event in years past and expect good turn out this year. I’m thinking of several E90 M3’s in the club that would be nice to see run as well as some modded E36 & E46 M3’s. How about a new X5M/X6M or a twin turbo M5? I know a certain 57 Chev with aluminum heads and a roller cam that run’s mid to low 11’s I would like to see run. Alex, John and the guys at the Carb Connection in Kirkland are hosting the dyno tech session for our club at a discounted rate. Saturday, June 9th we will pay only $75 dollars (normally $145) to run our cars on their dyno jet 248 4wd dyno. Make up to 3 runs and get a print out of your cars actual horse power and torque at the wheels as well as air fuel ratio. Byo flash drive and they will save the file on it as well. The club will be providing the BBQ and refreshments around noon. There is plenty of parking on the back side of the building by the dyno room, so weather you’re going to run your car or not join fellow gear heads in having a great time. I'll be there with a couple buddies and thier e36 M3's...I'm not bringing my e92 M3 though because I already ran it through the dyno at Car Connection a couple years ago and haven't made any engine modifications since then, so there is no point for me.

If I am in town, i will stop by and dyno the car just to see what a stock car puts down.
