BMW E92 M3 Coupe by HAMANN

Not exactly my cup of tea, but regardless...

HAMANN has just released a tuning package for the V8-powered BMW M3 Coupe E92 that incorporates a series of mechanical and comsetic upgrades. While most of us would be easily satisfied with the standard M3’s 420 Hp, HAMANN saw it fit to offer two different engine kits. The first tuning package increases the 4.0-liter V8’s output to 435 Hp and delivers an additional 25 Nm of torque (series: 400 Nm) on the crank shaft. With the removal of the speed limiter, the M3 can go up to a top speed of 300 km/h or 187 mph.
The second kit called Sportkit HM/M +35 rises output to 455 Hp and toque to 448 Nm. In this case, the M3’s speedometer doesn’t stop until it reaches 320 km/h or 199 mph. The German tuning firm also offers a fully adjustable sports suspension along with a sport braking system that includes perforated and internally ventilated brake discs measuring 405 x 34 mm (front) and 380 x 28 mm (rear) that are “sandwiched” by the front six- and back four-piston system.

The mechanical upgrades are complemented by an aerodymanic package that includes front and rear spoilers, side skirts and a roof spoiler along with new 19-inch alloys wrapped in 245/35ZR19 rubber in the front and 265/35ZR19 at the rear. HAMANN also offers 20-inch rims which are combined with 245/30ZR20 tires on the front axle and 10.5Jx20 with 295/25ZR20 tires on the rear axle.

Finally, the German tuner’s package includes a wide range of acceseories for the M3’s interior including carbon-fiber trim for the hand brake lever, gear stick and pedals.

Still in love with this car. Though I will be ordering MR due to the price of Ericsson parts i'll more than likely be getting the full set of Hamann now. (save for gold faced LM-R's) Thanks for the post and man some of those pictures are just incredible. That sky is unreal.

Nope.....sorry......the real deal is the original. Hamman's decorating looks straight from the 80s.

If its skirts, wings and tuning you require, however, go no further than the BMW M3 ALMS.......

If they were to sell these parts I would give up organs for them.

Hm, looks okay, but it looks just like their 335 now. I wonder why they only put 245/265 rubber on? I have 245/275 on my 335 and could put 285's on the rear... Also, if theyre hitting 199mph with 455hp I don't see why I won't be able to hit 190+ in my "narrow body" 335 (405rwhp or 460-470 crank).

Don't like. But I would be interested in the engine mods if they don't affect the warranty.

What has Hamann or AC Schnitzer done lately besides uglifying BMWs. They have sucked for the past 2 generations!!

Who buys this crap? Make it ugly and slow with those "dubs"!!!!

Argh...

Want another Hamann Monstrosity?
