Thumbs up 2013 Baltimore Grand Prix BMWCCA NCC Car Corral

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!!!

This year's BGP corral promises to be even better than years past with more people, more cars, more activities, more giveaways, and the return of parade laps!

While we must share the lot with Porsche, Corvette, and others, we will still be the biggest marque club there so, make sure that you're there for this year's huge race weekend.

Let me know if you have any questions.

lol, getting an early jump this year on this huh? Last year's race and event was awesome. It's said to see this current ALMS format go after this year.

Yeah, it's nice to have more than a few days to plan this event. Who knows what next year will look like, but I think Baltimore will be taken off the calendar since street courses cause too much wear on the cars.

Actually, our corral will improve alot and will be cheaper overall for all CCA members!!

* parade laps are back
* we'll have a live band
* we're in between the ALMS and new P-Cup paddock, so cars will drive right by our tent to get to the grid (similar to year 1)
* we'll be the largest marque club by far with more than 300 BMWs
* BMW Motorad stunt bike performance

I'm sure I'm missing a few things, and we're still adding to the list of new and exciting things for 2013

Sales have been brisk, but still plenty of room for you and your guests to attend our biggest event of the year. We've also announced the sale of our commemorative BGP polo shirts and a block of greatly priced hotels specifically for CCA members.

Do not wait, register now before we're sold out as in our 2 prior years. Please visit our website for more details.

Thumbs up

BGP Update: we are well on our way to having another HUGE BMW corral, and are very pleased with registration results. We still have plenty of space for other members to join and/or adding more people to your current orders. Currently, registration is scheduled to close midnight July 31st or until we sell out. We also plan to send through all credit card payments around this time. Ticket distribution is still being worked out, and once finalized, will be posted.

Hopefully everyone gets our bi-weekly email blasts because this will be one of the primary ways to disseminate information regarding our corral. If your email address isn't up-to-date in MSR, then you will absolutely miss out on some very important information as we get closer to the event (like ticket distribution). Also, we announced the winner of our June Corral Craze who won 2 free 3 day corral passes (a $240 value): Congratulations to long-time CCA member David Dunmire!

We are also running a similar e-drawing this month. Anyone who purchases any combination of corral passes, parking, or race tickets totaling at least $175 in July will also win a pair of 3 day corral passes!

Finally, if you haven't purchased your official BGP BMW Corral Commemorative Polo, the link is below. You don't want to show up race weekend and not have it on!

Hi Paul,
Was going to drive up to NoVA from SC that weekend to visit friends and we were all planning to go hang out at the race. Do you have to have CCA membership to join in the fun (sorry if I missed that somewhere). Thanks!

CCA membership is required for the person who registers in MSR. Everyone else would be considered guests and can join in on the fun.

We have a ton of people driving in from all parts of the US for this event. If you are a BMW Motorsport fan, this is THE event to attend

Cool

July Corral Update
This year promises to be our greatest corral ever. We are well on our way to a record number of sales and huge excitement is growing everyday! We are also happy to announce two of our big giveaways for the weekend: a free NCC HPDE weekend and free tires (courtesy of Toyo and Radial Tire)! Everyone who purchases corral passes will be eligible for the drawings and the more corral passes you buy, the more chances you have of winning. For those who only bought race tickets or just parking, here's your chance to walk away a winner, but you'll need to add some corral passes to your order to qualify.

Also, don't forget that there are only a few days left in our July Corral Craze. For all new sales in July, anyone with more than $175 combined purchases will be eligible to win a pair of 3 day corral passes ($240 value). Our next e-drawing will take place Aug 1st.

We still have some hotel rooms available right outside the track (at significantly cheaper rates than years past) and you don't want to miss our pre-order sale for our official BGP commemorative polo shirts. Not only are the shirts cheaper by pre-ordering, but you'll be able to choose from an assortment of colors, guarantee the correct size, and receive it in time to wear for the big weekend.

Finally, registration for all orders will end August 6th so we can ensure everyone receives their tickets/passes well ahead of time. We look forward to seeing everyone at the corral for our spectacular race weekend!

REGISTER AND JOIN US NOW!!!

Paul: Is the parking pass for overnight only or is there a separate lot for parking during the day that will be covered by the parking fee? What time is recommended to show up on Friday and Saturday morning? TIA

All corral parking passes cover whatever day you buy parking for and there's only 1 lot that BMWs will park in. If you plan to leave the car over night Friday night, you will need both a Friday and Saturday pass to cover both days.

Won't know until official track schedule is released and it probably won't be anytime soon. We are planning for Saturday and Sunday though.

Ditto! Paul post and/or email me that info when you get it. I sure as hell would like to do that.

In order to be eligible for the parade lap, can we just have corral parking pass tickets or do we also have to have corral hospitality tent tickets?
