As ridiculous as this sounds, top down tunnel driving would have to be at least 10% of the reason I decided to buy this car. Live in NYC and go through a tunnel almost every day...sometimes 3 or 4 per day on way to work or the burbs. While we are waiting for some tunnel runners to post vids, at least here is one of a different animal in the tunnel. Car was a ton of fun. Only a 302 but weighed all of 2000lbs..

Oh sorry, OP here, for some reason I didn't get subscribed to this thread so I didn't notice all your video requests.

I'll try to get a video on Monday, gone skiing this weekend (no fucking way I'm taking my baby in snow)

And while I'm at it...here is a F430 exhaust rippling off a mountain wall at about 100MPH. Listen to 0:20 secs to 0:26 secs with the volume turned way up.

There are really only two tunnels in my area where I could do this, The Lincoln and The Holland. Unfortunately doing so would probably mean death by asphyxiation so it's probably not a real good idea.

As promised...

Shot with GoPro HD. Didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. Will try again with different camera/settings and maybe an external mic.

Its possible that the camera being mounted to the inside of the windshield is blocking a lot of the sound. Depends on where the mic pick-up is on the device. I've had some success just holding the camera in hand or having a passenger hold it with just a regular point/shoot digital camera on video mode.

Someone with a Meisterschaft GT has to record the sound going through the tunnel. Those things sound so loud and nasty even just going down the street. Tunnel would be epic. I should have a vid like that posted a few days after picking up mine in late March.
