If you want track performance, then I'd say get brake pads and tires first and get out there and see how it feels before deciding on more.

If you just want HP for street show, well, there are air filters, tunes, superchargers you can get.

You get a pass cause you're new here, but for future consideration, you will be flamed to death if you choose to ignore the Search feature and opt to be spoon-fed the info you desire by creating threads on topics that have been beaten to death.

That being said, the best bang for your buck without Supercharging would be a cat delete (test pipes or full xpipe) in conjunction with an ECU tune.

Please don't start a thread asking which exhaust sounds best.

There are a few very decent tuning shops in Miami that you might want to check out.

Intake, full exhaust, performance underdrive pulleys, and a tune are the main performance mods without going forced induction.

Well the sum of the best performance upgrades for a 2008 BMW M3 can range from negligible to 200+hp. Depends on what are some of the upgrades you are looking for.

as everyone said but you might want to look into getting entry level supercharger like ESS vt-550. you can pickup a used one for about the same money your going to spend on (full exhaust 4000-6000 + Tune 1000 + intake and pulley 500) used superchargers go for 5000+

Driver mod. Get yourself to some HPDEs and get a VBox. Keep the car stock until you are better than the car.

Add some speed holes to the hood, they make the car go faster.
