Same thing happened to me about a month ago - dealer messed up the install, spoiler's lifting on the right side, scratches all over my trunk and glue *everywhere*. The car's going back next week for the third time to have them fit a new one and to have the trunk completely redone.

The irony of it is that I'd already installed the ZCP spoiler myself using 3M tape, I figured while it was at the dealer I'd just have them do it "properly".... how wrong was I?

Thats the same exact thing with me, I installed mine with 3M tape before on my old car and it came out perfect , I figured they would do a even better job than me , so I let them do it, I was just as wrong as you .

This is why I avoid dealers at all cost and I would have taken it to a high end body shop.
