Same thing happened to me about a month ago - dealer messed up the install, spoiler's lifting on the right side, scratches all over my trunk and glue *everywhere*. The car's going back next week for the third time to have them fit a new one and to have the trunk completely redone.
The irony of it is that I'd already installed the ZCP spoiler myself using 3M tape, I figured while it was at the dealer I'd just have them do it "properly".... how wrong was I?

why couldn't you install it your self?
i did the performance spoiler on my friends 135i m sport and now im thinking about ordering one too. its an easy install, and now you ended up wit scratches |
