Your oil leak looks really bad and old , think the oil comes from your oil cap + valve cover sealing .
And yes it would help with labour costs to do it at the same time.. Advice : You need to clean your S65 because it looks like shit !

Never put the oil cap upside down when it is removed . When you remove the oil cap put it down in the same direction like it is on our valve cover . I'm on my third oil cap , and need to say lesson learned..
