Ya know what irks me?

When people sell their wheels here and say shit like these wheels are MINT except for this little scratch or this little bit of rash. They aren't MINT there buddy. Sorry, feel free to ignore this completely useless rant...

Have a good day.

Agreed. It is annoying when you look at pics of "mint" wheels and see 3-6" of curb rash

I thought of copying the post here, but it's not just one person. And I know I need to just chill, but mint is mint. Not mint minus, or mint except this. One of the many little niggles in life. Another one is calling wheels rims or rimz. THe rim is just a part of a wheel. I know, I need to chill.

That's a pet peeve of mine too. "You bought 'rims' for your car? What about the rest of the wheel?"

Speaking of mint, here's something that reminds me of Thrifty's mint chocolate chip that I recently saw at Spa-Francorchamps. Just to brighten everyone's day.

A clean cutter is a dump that requires little to no wiping and the light shorts would be underwear, so its a bummer when you do not have that clean cutter and you wipe as much as you can but when you get home from work, go to take a shower and you see the remnants of your not so clean cutter.

I'm let down by people who say mint on damaged wheels. If I have to do anything other than put them on my car, they are not mint...just saying.

Why do they call pristine stuff "mint" anyway? And is it mint like the place that prints money, or the mint that makes your breath fresh?

I can forgive the calling something mint except for problem "X" thing. At least it isn't false advertising. What I hate is when they claim mint and the stuff isn't. I'm talking you call and make very clear you are seeking something that really is mint in every respect, no scratches, dings, blemishes and they say that yes, the piece in question is exactly that. Then you take the time to go look and its not even close. That torques me.

As in a freshly minted coin, all shiny, no scratches or blemishes.
