The tires on a Veyron are like $30k so I would hope that they work well.

The GTR spanks just about everything...LOL. However, the SpecV does not use the run-flats.

Also, a base GTR with non-runflat tires and Nismo wheels achieved a better time on the Ring.

Run-flats suck in terms of performance when compared to a non-run flat variant.
