M3 W/ Ericsson, Advan, Vorsteiner
Greetings,
Before I begin I wanted to apologize and say my photography is poor as I only own a measly digital camera and don't have the photoshop skills others do. I wanted to finally post up some pics of my M3. I apologize for the poor pictures as the car was dirty and fresh from the body shop. I have owned it for over a year now and gone through 2 sets of wheels/tires. I also wanted to post pics of the Advan RS-D in silver. It seems these are the hot wheels right now and everyone is getting the two tone black/machined lip. When I saw the EAS SEMA setup, I thought I would post my pics so prospective buyers can compare. Bear in mind that I at one time was set on buying the black as well. Especially when you see professionally touched up pictures like the ones EAS has, who can't? I did some research and decided to be different, and honestly couldn't be happier with how good it looks on Alpine White with the Ericsson bumper. Also in regards to the bumper, the car needs to go back next week to get the mesh grill painted black and get the special order headlight washer caps put on. To all potential buyers, installation is not "smooth" like vendors may say. I personally witnessed the best the body shop could do without bodywork and saw how poor the fitment was. A lot of work was required to make it fit flush. Besides the that, I am very happy with how it turned out. Let me give a breakdown of my cars history: August 2008: Received my Eisenmann Race/Vorsteiner Double Sided bootlid/ VMR 710 wheels, Angel Eyes. September 2008: AA SSK August 2008: Ericsson Front Bumper September 2009: Advan RS-D Silver/Machined Lip October 2009: Big Surprise! *I just wanted to give a big shout out to Eric@Pyspeed! He honestly took care of me in terms of pricing and service. Never regretted a transaction yet. *Also, I am looking for a full Akrapovic setup to go with my big surprise. *I will post up complete pictures when all my mods come and bodywork is finished and find professional photography on the island. |

Nicely done.
Have you considered lowering it a bit? I bet a decent drop of 1"-1 1/2" would really help set the wheels off. Please keep us in mind when you are ready to acquire your Akrapovic exhaust as I would love to show you what we can do. -Hunter |

There are almost no aftermarket body parts that fit 'perfect'. The volume is simply too low to do quality control.
Rule #1 in modding: don't trust the vendor. Great job. Car would look great with a drop and black mesh. |

Also, I know the grills need to be painted everybody, just got the car back from the bodyshop. They will spray them when the headlight washer caps on order from the mainland (i'm in Hawaii) come in next week. I noticed the angle I took the picture makes the car look really high, but in person it looks fine. Contemplating if I need a drop or not |

Front bumper looks ugly IMO. I think it only looks good on JB/JzB
