Go with the Supercharger on 70k miles.
I installed a Supercharger on my 2008 E92 M3 6MT at 92,000+ miles then I upgraded my Supercharger at 106,000+ miles changed the rod bearings just in time during the upgrade I was riding on borrowed time checkout this thread by EAS I offered them my M3 to be the first for them to do.
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=880264 I upgraded one more time since then and I am currently at 124,000+ miles and going strong Some other things you will also need to upgrade and change out is your diff bushings, rear sub frame bushing, and if you have 6MT maybe a new clutch down the road, I currently have a Spec Super Twin Disk Clutch. Good luck with what ever you decide to do. Make sure you do some very, Very, VERY, good research on who you go with for a Supercharger because once you pull the trigger

Yea the solid rear diff mounts was one of my first upgrades after snapping one of my rear diff bolts and it falling on top of my exhaust.
You do hear some drivetrain noise after doing the swap but car puts down power much better and of course you don't have squishy mounts snapping bolts.

Not only would I, but I did. AA Gen 2 Stage 3 @71k miles. We did do an oil analysis first. I have 87k on it now. Did the bearing as preventitive maintenance. No issues, car runs great. I would definitely do it again.

I'd sit tight until the new Clevite rod bearings are released. Install Brakes/Suspension/Catless/Exhaust in the interim.
