Thanks. I wondered how many M3 owners in STL there are on this forum. There's already been a couple reply in this thread.

Do the local owners ever meet up?

No, unfortunately the M5 was sold a couple of years back. The old man went old man and is only driving pickup trucks these days. It's on my shoulders to continue the family BMW tradition. I think I can handle it

As has been said, CD changer is optional in the US (amazing on a $55K base) car...but as others have also said--use the iPod on USB drive...no need for changer anymore really.

I see the EU is having a little word to Mr Rudd about his increase of the LCT, There not happy, they want it completely remove as no one else has it. It's a type of tarrif and Germany is loosing car sales to Australia, so they are thinking of slapping on tarriffs on Australian exports to Germany and the EU. That l'll teach grinning little s**t, it's come back to bit him. Ruddy was also told today in the States that Australia is the worst pollutor of western countries per head off population of c02. That will teach him to take 8 trips overseas in 8 months.

Sorry folks for the jacked thread.

Was never interested in the coupe. When you have 3-4 people in your car for business it doesn't make sense. You can't tell a CEO of a company to squeeze into the back while I slide the seat forward!
