Up for sale is my friend's E90 M3.

Extended Bumper to Bumper Warranty: 4-5 years and up to 80k miles left

History: Purchased from pacific bmw june of 2012. Car was damaged during shipping and it was their demo car. Factory repaired the damage and they obviously had done a good job. It was a disclaimer so I'm passing it on to you. Then in December of 2012 I got rear ended at a stop light. They replaced my trunk, rear bumper, and taillights, and repaired the tail light mounting sides. No damage was done to the bumper support, trunk took all the impact, no structural damage was done.

Car has the wrap as you see. Other mods include the alcantara flat bottom wheel, gintani underdrive pulley kit, gintani rear section exhaust, two sets of shifter paddles (ebay and eas no holes), extra set of stock front pads, stainless brake lines, castrol srf brake fluid, engine oil thermostat removed (helps keep it cooler on track days), performance oem trunk carbon spoiler, rep front splitters. I have done engine oil changes after every other track day (factory 10w-60) and have done diff and dct fluid flushes twice (not as necessary but I like being on top of maintenance. At 20k miles I did the spark plugs already and car has afe dry high flow air filter. Front brakes (pads and rotors) are less then 1k miles old. Headlights are tinted in the lightest color (most can’t even tell). IND painted side grills, black out front kidney grills. both bumpers have shaved reflectors (euro style)

The two problems with the car are the hood is chipped under the wrap and needs to be repainted and the power steering is tighter then other m3’s I had taken it in to the dealer while it was under warranty and they replaced the pump. It got better but they said it also needs a steering rack and they couldn’t do it due to the aftermarket suspension. This isn’t a problem as you have the extended warranty and the cars stock now so it can be taken in and have them repair it even tho it’s out of the factory warranty because the complaint was there while it was under warranty.

This car is a low mileage car, if you went to purchase a 2011 you would have more miles. There is bumper to bumper AFTER market warranty that lasts up to 80,000 or 4 more years. If anything happens, you don't have to deal with bmw saying on you over revved your car, this that, your covered. Period. No bullshit.

With that be said, if 47500 isn't a good price, he's willing to work with people.
