Again, this is for E90 LCI.
It is currently painted in some weird color that wont match your E90.
LTBMW can paint it for additional $350.

if this will work on my 2008 e90 m3 i will take it and have long paint and install it. I am awaiting him to give me pricing on parts from him and to lower the car for me next week

2008 would be...pre-LCI. You will have to do the whole LCI tail light conversion to make this trunk fit which will cost you another $500~$600. Ask Long about it
