Looking for website developer/coder

This work is for an interim website right now, the main site will be built out in few months, it will be great work for someone, I plan on a having a lot of work done to the site, it will be constantly updated and viewed by may high-caliber individuals and companies.
I had a very good developing co setup to do this, but their other project was extended by few weeks, which I cannot wait for, so whoever comes aboard is more than welcome to stay for future projects.

3 main pages, 1 of the pages has 2 subpages Can be done with std HTML/Java, but the intro has to be done with Flash.

If interested, I can put the developer in touch with my project mgr asap and show them comps etc.

Why does the intro have to be done in Flash? Flash sucks!

bec of the way the intro is designed, I know flash sucks, but that's all I can use for this particular intro. What would you use?

Don't use an intro...problem solved.

Seriously, no one likes intros. Surefire way to get someone to leave the site within 2 seconds.

You can use Silverlight. Basically Microsoft's version of Flash. Performance is better than Flash especially on internet explorer.

+1 on ditching the intro. I heard you have your reasons, but intros are irritating.

Flash can't be played on mobile IOS devices - iPad, iPhone, etc. If content is being newly created why rule out those viewing platforms immediately?
