it's painted flat black and Ill get some shots of that specifically for you... and the tint is 5 over 20 all around 5 on the windshield with a 14" top brow and 4" bottem brow at 20 percent that way the top and bottem match the rest of the windows.. I have a tint exemption

1. Do you mean that you have 5% all around or 20% (kinda lost by how you described it) and if you do have 5% how the hell do you see out of the windshield?!?!(all my cars have been 5% all around but never anything on the front and it was dark as hell in those cars)

2.How does one go about getting a tint exemption, MUST KNOW!!

I mean on the side windows, 2 rear windows, and rear windshield the tint is 5% layered over 20%... as for the whole windshiled it is 5% WITH a top and bottem brow at 20% (it matches perfectly with the sides and everything else that way with a strip in the middle to see out of easier)

...and yeah of course I can see! lol but I've had tint like this since day one, maybe I'm used to it... It's funny when some friends ride in the car at night there like WTF how do you see, then others get out and are like whoa I didnt know the front was tinted !? lol

and you get a tint exepmtion through your state police it's a bitch to get

Looks good man...PERFECT drop in my opinion. Do you mind me asking....any rubbing on the wheels? I have a E90 M3 and want the same set up when running on my OEM 19": H&R spacers 10mm front / 12mm back with RD sport springs....also, how much did you pay for the parts? PM would be awesome with any advice.
Cheers
