Julius at WheelSTO awesome. That company is phenomenal to deal with. I have been talking to him on and off about wheel choices. You should take a look at the Advan AVS F7's....

I got my Neez from Julius and my Nittos too. Great guy and really took care of things and even got a better rear tire size for me when the original choice was not so good.

He is a great guy and has a great high end selection of rims, very reputable too.

The F7 are but I think offsets for M3 is only in 20"

Better go big or go home there fella

Can't go wrong with any of those selections

Spotted: Alpine White E90 M3 w/ Fox Red Interior. Car looked stock. This was yesterday around 6:30PM on Calgary Trail South & 79Ave. Anyone here?

Anyways, with the HID Halos, I'm really enjoying them so far. No issues have popped up since. They are indeed super bright and very noticeable during the day. About their brightness, I believe at night with just the halos on, they're comparable to a car with a poor halogen setup. Overall, unless something occurs soon, I think I'd opt to do this upgrade again.

Also, anyone interested in some Veil G4? I have a canister I haven't used yet. Selling for $90 CAD.

P.S. You guys are awesome! I can't wait to see these modded out M3s. I promised myself I wouldn't do anything crazy till 2nd year of ownership. haha mmm.... Forced Induction.

I don't know, for some reason I don't like the RS's and the are also cast not forged so our roads would eat them for lunch! I do really like the LM-R's but the F7's would be very unique as I do see anyone on the form with them. Ah decisions decisions....

I would just consider myself stupid not crazy putting this much money into the car

I won't do forced induction until my warranty is up so in 4 years watch out guys! (also by then the prices will be reasonable and the bugs ironed out!)

Yeah I agree and if you aren't going whole hog on the exhaust then the Dinan tune is all you need

Cheaper and more convenient too.

I am not sure you are gonna need to stretch those legs to 8600 rpm, the car stops making increased power 7800-7900 rpm.

Ya, looking at all the dyno's it looks like the power starts to drop off around 7900-8000. I do want to do an x-pipe with HFC's so I wonder if Dinan's tune is a one size fits all deal.

The HFC from AA can still possibly throw a code. Just not enough catalyst.

Better off getting the X pipe and leave the rest there.

I found out about the possible CEL about a month ago or so, so I could've returned them but the AA tune will take care of any issues.

The nice thing about the Dinan tune is it is local and is relatively very low risk.

The AA tune can bump the rev limiter too so I may tweak it a bit but prob not much.

So I got the secondary cat & resonator delete done today.

I'm really happy with the results. No drone. No drama until you go past 3500rpm with a spirited foot. Then the "european" raspy sound comes out

I think it feels faster but who knows. It was 9 degrees & raining when I came home so that probably affected my impression somewhat.

Also shed about 20lbs or so in the process.

I think I see a pulley & a tune in my future........

Well IMHO I think Dinan is always going to be bit more conservative with the warranty coverage and everything. The PG on the the other hand is quite over the top, so the good match for me would be the AA flash. I know the RPM thresholds are raised in "specific gears" but I'm sure if you wanted to you can tell them how high you want it to be and get that extra stretch on your 3.62.

Ya I am thinking I am going to go with Dinan, they can flash my car, do my exhaust and LSD all at the same time, hell they can put the Dinan M3 on the back of my car at the same time!

I'm trying to keep my mod bug in check but you guys sure are making it difficult. haha.
I'm very eager to see the results of the software upgrades locally. Dinan definitely is tempting since I can get it done locally without having my car out of action for a week. I want to go completely catless and no resonator. I wonder if I get the Dinan Flash if they can stop the car from throwing codes from not having any cats.

Anyone see the $80k Dinan 335i at Edmonton BMW. They sure were insistent that it was worth it.

The suspension alone in the M3 is still superior to a dressed up 335. The M3 is ground up a better package.

The 335i Dinan is a great car but no M3 on many levels. I had a 335 juiced up so I know what it can do.
