Countryman All4 S version is amazing given its versatility

You can run errands, seat 4 adults, ride through snow (havent done that yet though) and sits higher than M3.

Feels like a MINI SUV and glad we pulled the trigger on this one. Its her ride though as she luvs minis!!

I'm glad to hear that. My future wife wants a mini; trying to convince her about the Countryman. Funny thing is that she wants a manual transmission-->fun time for me

Raised from the dead! BMW water based paints and clear coats are crazy soft thought so they get damaged pretty easily. My hood is peppered like crazy but luckily i have a light color so its not immediately visible

105/205 is great to use but man the working time and dust just kills me, lol!!!!
Correct. I used M105 for the compounding stage, utilizing Lake Country's purple foam wool pads, and HD's black lambswool pads.

I used Pinnacle's Advanced finishing polish for the second step on a Lake Country white foam polishing pad. IMO the Pinnacle finishing polish is far superior to M205.

Last step was Menzerna SF4500 with a Grey Lake Country foam pad.

Yeah 105 dusts like crazy, my only gripe with it. I've yet to try the M101 compound but it supposedly dusts less.

BTW, Nice 944.

M105 is more aggressive than SIP, so I would try that. Though, with a rotary on a wool pad I'm EXTREMELY surprised you weren't able to remove the defects you were after. How were you making your passes? What arm speed were you using? Technique has a lot to do with the results you'll get too. I've developed a technique with my combo that works incredibly well.

Thanks for the kind words regarding my 944!
