Nice pics. Sounds like alot of fun.

I have to ask though, the pics of the Skylines. I thought that forum was called "RiceKillers"? So where they keeping to themselves?

Nice cars no doubt. Just a technicality I suppose.

Kind of looked that way but it wasn't, there was just a shit load of cars and we ended up parking on the next garage by ourselves. We pretty much wanted to anyways, I will say though that there really wasn't a lot of talking going around. I only talked to the bmw folks and like 3 other people. It's cool though since we were the noobs there

i think i'll stick to bmw only meets from now on. didn't know my fart cans could cause so much upheaval! maybe its just my thinking, but the only cars that i thought were impressive were the bmw's, the shelby cobra, that roadrunner, and the skylines.

I was the other M3, and I was very docile, pulling out of the garage. Hell, I haven't even reached break in mileage yet. I know they weren't talking about me.

lol, I honestly think the gto was the biggest problem, nonetheless I felt like an outsider most of the time cause no one really even talked to any of the bmw guys. Bunch of nice cars out there though!

You guys should have to to the BMW CCA auto-x today. Much better than any garage ricekiller meet.

Anyone and everyone is invited. Its done by the Lone Star Chapter of BMWCCA.
http://www.lscbmwcca.org/index.aspx

its only about $40 a year to join BMWCCA and then roughly $25-$30 for an auto-x day.

Thats... pretty awesome. It looks like the autocross was just in a parking lot though. Does the CCA ever schedule events at real tracks in the area? There is a track just NE of DFW alittle bit, and there is one in SW Ft. Worth called MotorSport Ranch. Buying a personal membership at a track is $3000 I wasn't planning on spending.

Wow nice, I live about 14 miles away from MSR, in Benbrook. If you want let me know when your class is and I'll come out and watch, maybe snap some pictures. I don't really have too great of a camera, but it couldn't hurt.

On a side note, I was outside washing my car today and I look up and see a White e90 M3 coasting by me. Of course I'm like, "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". So I look where he turns in, and he lived right down the street from me. I dropped by and gave him my business card with our forum written on it. Hopefully he hops on and checks it out. He had JUST bought his car today. I thought it was pretty random that everything fell into place like it did.
